The Biennial meeting to elect ADD’s (Assembly District Delegates) and E-Board representatives is being held on Saturday, January 12, 2013 or Sunday, January 13, 2013. This will be to elect California Democratic State Central Committee members to attend the California Democratic Party Conventions for 2013 and 2014. 6 women/and 6 men shall be elected from each of the 80 Assembly Districts in the State of California.

A person may only participate in the ADEM if he/she is a Democrat residing in California and registered to vote by October 22, 2012, unless the person turned 18 or was a naturalized after the deadline, and is registered to vote or registers onsite.
